Get Involved

Youth & Young Adults

Our CARE Collaborators provide peer counseling, organize recreational activities, and offer systems navigation assistance for justice- and system- impacted youth in schools and on the streets. Our youth programming connects peers to education, housing, counseling, and other supports that align with their specified goals.

Mutual Aid

Our Mutual Aid Team (MAT) provides weekly outreach to distribute food, drinks, naloxone, propane, and other supplies to our justice-impacted neighbors on the streets, and connects neighbors to resources within the community.

Community Education

CARE works collaboratively with Washington’s key stakeholders to identify methods of re-allocating funds and other resources from carceral systems to services benefitting our most marginalized residents.

Give Local 2023 Virtual Phone Bank

CARE is hosting a Virtual Phone Bank on Wednesday, November 15th. This is an event where volunteers make phone calls to raise awareness and funds to support justice impacted youth and young adults. No prior experience is necessary—our team will guide you through the process of making calls! Join the Zoom any time between 4:30pm-8:00pm on November 15th. Your support will go a long way in providing vital resources to the youth we serve!
